Late payments may result in service suspension. 4.3 Refunds: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4.4 Collections: Outstanding balances may be referred to collections as permitted by law.

Advance notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes as outlined in the service agreement. Fees may apply for late cancellations.
